Cyanotype is a photographic process which uses the sun to create its unique prints. The strength of the blue is dependent on the strength of the UV light. Sam Blanks has been creating cyanotypes for 8 years and enjoys turning these prints into ‘usable’ art like bags, cards, and gift tags. These items and artworks will be available for sale.
This exhibition will have demonstrations of the process throughout the fortnight, showing from designing to finishing the item.
